The "delete" toolbar icon allows you to delete selected objects.
Objects may be selected by left mouse button click-and-drag across the screen to place items in the selection box or they may be individually selected by holding the CTRL key down and clicking on the objects you wish to select.
If you select and delete a chip – all objects in that chip and any external wires will be deleted. If you delete the last chip – the entire workspace will be deleted.
If no objects are selected, the toolbar icon is grayed out.
